Edible Landscapes is an ongoing project exploring relationship to place and to the non-human world through hyper-local foraging, wild yeast fermentation, edible and interactive sculpture, live performance, participatory cooking, music, poetry, storytelling, celebration, and of course extra-ordinary flavors.

Its first edition took place at the Palace Residency in Gorzanów, Poland in September 2024. Edible Landscapes is a collaboration with artist and chef Noah Fox Schlegel, as well as with a changing cast of interdisciplinary artists.
